Weatherford chamber hosts 2024 banquet Thursday

  • Recently, four members of the writing group at the Pioneer Center enjoyed discussing, as a future writing topic, the renewal of interest in “yard-chickens” by Weatherford residents. The 2024 Weatherford Chamber of Commerce banquet is Thursday at the Pioneer Event Center. Social hour begins at 6 p.m. and the banquet follows at 7 p.m. They are giving out several awards — including two new awards this year to honor local and area residents.
