Monday, Air Evac released the names of the three who died in the helicopter accident Saturday — Pilot Russell Haslam, Flight Nurse Adam Tebben and Flight Paramedic Steven Fitzgerald. They were part of Air Evac Lifeteam 122.
The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the accident and will release more information as it becomes available, which they say may take 12-48 months.
